Scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses EnergyHouse.top. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the service is
EnergyHouse.top is a free online calculator that estimates the energy balance of a house, camper, apartment or warehouse, together with a blog and a catalog of equipment. It needs no registration, costs nothing, and sells nothing.
Estimates, not professional advice
Every number the calculator returns is a model result computed from typical climate data, standard equipment characteristics and the parameters you enter. Real consumption, real yield and real payback depend on the specific building, installation quality, tariffs and weather, and will differ — sometimes substantially.
Use the results to compare options and get a feel for the order of magnitude, not as a design document. Before spending money, have the project checked by a qualified installer or energy consultant.
Catalog, prices and shop links
Product specifications, prices and availability in the catalog are informational and are taken from third-party shops and manufacturers. They can be out of date or wrong. We do not sell equipment: any purchase is a contract between you and that shop, under its own terms. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which does not change the price you pay.
Shared calculations
A share link (/c/…) is accessible to anyone who has it — treat it as public and do not put anything confidential into a calculation you share. We may delete share records that are unused, abusive or unlawful.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break into, overload or probe the site, its API or its hosting.
- Automated requests are fine within robots.txt and at a rate that does not degrade the service for others; bulk scraping that does is not.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to present its output as someone else’s certified assessment.
Intellectual property
The site, its texts, design and calculation code belong to the project’s authors. Brand names, product names and photographs belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. The results of your own calculations are yours to use freely, including commercially.
Availability
The service is provided free of charge and as-is. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, limit or discontinue any part of it at any time, including calculation methods, the catalog or published articles.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the calculator’s estimates, for inaccurate third-party data such as shop prices, or for losses arising from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, nor your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the current version always sits on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
